DMCA Copyright Policy
The National Automobile Museum (the "Museum") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the National Automobile Museum service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
This policy describes the information that should be present in a notification of alleged infringement, as well as the information that should be present in a counter-notification. It is designed to make the process of reporting and resolving alleged copyright infringement as straightforward as possible, while also reducing the number of notifications that we receive that are fraudulent or difficult to understand.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit the National Automobile Museum to locate the material.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

If a Counter-Notice is received by our Designated Copyright Agent, the National Automobile Museum may send a copy of the Counter-Notice to the original complaining party informing that person that the Museum may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the Counter-Notice, at the National Automobile Museum's sole discretion.
